The former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, has conveyed heartfelt prayers to Bishop David Oyedepo, the esteemed founder of the Living Faith Church, in light of the recent celebration of Oyedepo's 70th birthday anniversary.
This momentous occasion has prompted reflections from Obasanjo, who shared his thoughts in a report published on the official X handle of DAILY POST on Saturday.

In his message, he acknowledged that Bishop Oyedepo has now entered the distinguished group of septuagenarians, marking a significant milestone in his life.
Obasanjo expressed his intention to be present for Oyedepo's upcoming 80th birthday celebration, emphasizing the importance of such life events.
He further stated that he would also attend when the bishop reaches the age of 90, or nonagenarian status, signifying his commitment to honoring the bishop’s journey through life.
After that milestone, Obasanjo indicated that he would leave Oyedepo's path in the hands of God, expressing his faith in divine guidance for the future.

Today you are joining the club of Septuagenarians; from Septuagenarian, you will become Octogenarian, and I will be here. From Octogenarian, you will become Nonagenarian, and I will be here. After that, I will leave you alone, and God will be with you.
