A Kenyan woman has posted photos of her son, whom she alleges is the child of Cubana Chiefpriest.
In 2023, she claimed to have had an affair with him, but he denied being the father.
Now, she has enlisted the DPA, and they plan to take Cubana Chiefpriest to court in the U.S. regarding the paternity dispute, providing additional details.

It seems there hasn't been a final resolution regarding the paternity case involving Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chiefpriest.
Recall that tbc-nigeria.ng had reported that a Kenyan woman accused the socialite of being the father of her son following an alleged affair.
In a recent update, the woman shared additional photos of their son and brought the case to the Data Protection Authority (DPA), which has taken it on and is preparing to file a lawsuit in the U.S. against the businessman.

The DPA stated that the case will be addressed in the U.S. due to concerns that Nigeria's legal system is corrupt and could suppress the truth.

In a post viewed by tbc-nigeria.ng, the DPA shared details about the Kenyan woman and the businessman, who celebrated his birthday with his lookalike son.
It was alleged that Cubana Chiefpriest initially enticed the woman into a romantic relationship but abandoned her when she became pregnant.

The DPA also claimed that the woman was unaware that Cubana Chiefpriest was married, as he presented himself as single.
The post further alleged that he chose to engage in unprotected intimate relations despite her warnings, insisting that he wanted a daughter.

It was also alleged that the woman experienced depression at one point and considered taking her own life as well as her son's.
